INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)
- 500g high protein Greek yogurt
- 250g mixed frozen berries
- 2 Tbsp honey (depending on how sweet you like it)
- Fresh berries and mint for garnish
PREPARATION
- Defrost the berries and puree them. You can obviously leave them whole if you prefer a chunkier texture.
- In a bowl mix together yogurt, berries and honey.
- Top with more berries and mint. Other toppings that would work well with this delicious yogurt bowl are slivered almonds, chia seeds or coconut flakes.
