High Protein Greek Yogurt Bowl with Berries

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)

  • 500g high protein Greek yogurt
  • 250g mixed frozen berries
  • 2 Tbsp honey (depending on how sweet you like it)
  • Fresh berries and mint for garnish

PREPARATION

  1. Defrost the berries and puree them. You can obviously leave them whole if you prefer a chunkier texture.
  2. In a bowl mix together yogurt, berries and honey.
  3. Top with more berries and mint. Other toppings that would work well with this delicious yogurt bowl are slivered almonds, chia seeds or coconut flakes.
