Zucchini Goat Cheese Tagliatelle

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)

  • 2 zucchinis (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 120g goat cream cheese 
  • 20g basil
  • 60g parmesan 
  • 400g tagliatelle
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, pepper


  1. Peel and chop onions. Wash and chop zucchini into small cubes.
  2. In a pan, sauté onions and zucchinis for around 5-7 minutes or until translucent. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a food processor or blender, process the onion/zucchini mixture, basil, chili flakes, lemon juice and zest until smooth. Return to the pan, add the cream cheese and stir until well combined and reheated. 
  4. In the meantime, cook tagliatelle to package instructions.
  5. Grate parmesan.
  6. Toss pasta in the sauce. Garnish with parmesan and freshly cracked black pepper.
